WHY WOULD A REPORT SHOW SERVICE HOUR TOTALS THAT ARE NOT IN .25 HOUR INCREMENTS?

This should only occur if a Funding Filter is applied to a report. For example, if a VAWA grant pays for 33% of a staff person’s service time, a Standard Service Report with a VAWA filter will display .33 hours for every hour of service this person provided.
