WHEN DO I NEED TO REVISE MY FUNDING STATEMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR?
You should add a new statement and make appropriate revisions any time you have turnover in staff positions, when there is a shift in how staff are funded, or when there is a shift in staff’ responsibilities. It is required that you make these revisions for your VOCA and/or VAWA positions, but should also be made with other funding sources if the funder requires grant specific information. It is important to make these revisions at the time they occur.
