INFONET TRAININGS NOW AVAILABLE

Feb 22, 2024 | NEWS

ICJIA recently posted four new training videos for InfoNet users:

  • Using InfoNet’s new Client Needs & Updates Features: This training demonstrates how to enter survivor needs at intake and over time while a client is engaged in services. Users will learn how to track whether each need was addressed, and if so, how – through program services (internal), community referrals (external), or both means. Finally, this training shows how to use InfoNet’s new Client Update feature, which helps monitor change in client circumstances over time such as income, employment status, or health coverage. Both new tools aim to improve InfoNet’s capacity to assess progress toward unique survivor goals and yield more meaningful service outcomes.
  • Generating and Troubleshooting InfoNet HUD Reports: This training shows DV InfoNet users how to generate and troubleshoot HUD Reports, including a demonstration of how to test a draft report on HUD’s Sage testing site.
  • Using InfoNet’s Household Feature: This training demonstrates how to create new households by linking clients together that are part of the same household. It also shows how to search, edit, and delete existing household records, and describes how using or not using this feature will impact HUD Reports.
