In Calendar Year 2023, InfoNet data show that 63,211 survivors received services from the 101 Illinois victim service providers using InfoNet – a 3.2% increase compared to 2022. These survivors received over 750,000 hours of service in 2023. About 17% of survivors (n = 8,817) also received residential services by staying in emergency shelter and/or a transitional housing program. That same year, providers responded to 116,066 anonymous crisis intervention requests, e.g., hotline calls, and provided 70,547 hours of service to the communities they serve, including prevention, outreach, and training for community partners.
