In Calendar Year 2024, InfoNet data show that 63,557 survivors received services from the 102 Illinois victim service providers using InfoNet – a 0.6% increase compared to 2023. These survivors received over 727,000 hours of service in 2024. About 14.5% of survivors also received residential services by staying in emergency shelter and/or a transitional housing program. That same year, providers responded to 106,639 anonymous crisis intervention requests, e.g., hotline calls, and provided 96,683 hours of service to the communities they serve, including prevention, outreach, and training for community partners.
