DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DATA ENTRY TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE
ICJIA released a comprehensive data entry training for InfoNet users in domestic violence programs. This training demonstrates how to access InfoNet and enter intake and service detail information for a new adult or child client. Users will learn how to search clients based on different date ranges, update a client ID, indicate a client’s interactions with healthcare and legal systems, and enter information about the offender. It also describes how to add new and edit group services, hotline calls, shelter turn-aways, and community and institutional services. Finally, an overview of InfoNet’s administrative features is provided, demonstrating how to enter and edit information about their organization, staff members, staff activities, funding sources, and referral/partner agencies.
