ICJIA RECEIVES GRANT TO INCREASE INFONET’S COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) DATA STANDARDS

ICJIA received $139,472 in grant funds from All Chicago to increase compliance of its InfoNet System with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) data standards, thereby helping transition InfoNet into a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) comparable database. This will be helpful to InfoNet users receiving HUD funding to serve survivors of domestic violence, as they are required to report metrics meeting these data standards.  

Funding will be used to support developer staff time to revise and write new code that meet the standards, and research staff time to inform business logic, test new and revised reporting tools, and train users and provide related support on the new functions.
